About Alumni Cell:
An Alumni Cell is a dedicated body within an engineering college that serves as a bridge between the institution and its former students (alumni). It plays a vital role in maintaining relationships, encouraging collaboration, and promoting mutual growth among alumni, current students, and the institution.
The cell helps alumni stay connected with their alma mater, while also utilizing their knowledge, experience, and professional network to benefit the current students and the college community.
It is not just a social group - it is a strategic network.
Objectives of Alumni Cell:
- To Strengthen Alumni-Institution Relations:-Maintain continuous interaction between the alumni and the college through regular communication, newsletters, and events.
- To Build a Strong Alumni Network:-Create a comprehensive and updated database of alumni to promote networking and collaboration across batches and departments.
- To Facilitate Knowledge and Experience Sharing:-Organize guest lectures, workshops, and seminars where alumni share their professional expertise and industry insights with students.
- To Promote Mentorship and Career Guidance:-Connect alumni with current students for mentorship, internships, and placement opportunities.
