Industry Cell

About Industry cell:

Engineering is mainly about the application of the knowledge in Industries. Students exposed to live industrial projects shall comply the industry needs while facing the job interviews. Direct involvement of the students to live industrial projects shall enhance the ability of the students in their career. An Industry cell is formed at CSMSS, Chh. Shahu College of Engineering to facilitate the direct involvement of the students to live industrial projects. Industry cell is formed in collaboration with Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), Germany. Projects under Industry cell are also supported by GIZ, MASSIA and TATA technologies through funding, technical assistance and the access to the industry infrastructure.

Objectives of the Industry cell:

1. To establish enduring relationships with industries.
2. To provide platform for students and faculties to work on industry projects.
3. To promote technical development of students and faculties through active interaction between institute and industry.
4. To have close linkage with industry and promote research, consultancy, human resource exchange and skill development programs.
5. To bring about MOU’s / Agreements with various industrial and research organizations in different fields to promote the enhanced interactions.
